Description

DBCO-Sulfo-NHS Ester is water-soluble reagent that enables simple and efficient labeling of antibodies, proteins and any other primary amine-containing macromolecules with DBCO moiety in 100% aqueous buffers. It reacts with primary amines (e.g., side chain of lysine residues or aminosilane-coated surfaces) at neutral or slightly basic pH to form covalent bonds.
