Azido-PEG3-Amine is a polyethylene glycol-containing reagent with a terminal primary amine that can be reacted with carboxyl groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or DCC) or with activated esters (e.g. NHS esters) forming a stable amide bond. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage.
