Description

Q-Bright® Endure chemiluminescent western blot kit is a luminol-based substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP), providing a light output for up to 24h. Q-Bright® Endure provides much greater sensitivity compared to the classical ECL reagents and is superior to many of the available commercial reagents providing long-lasting, high to mid-femtogram levels of detection in chemiluminescent-based western blots. The Western Blot Kit includes western blot wash buffer, Q-Bright® Western Blot Blocking Buffer, Anti-Mouse and Anti-Rabbit HRP conjugated secondary antibodies, and Q-Bright® Endure Substrate and Stable Peroxide.
